Council 6358 (Good Shepherd, Schertz) conducted its annual Novena for Life
from 16-24 January at two different churches within its parish, Good Shepherd and Immaculate Conception.
The Council aligned its event with the US Council of Catholic Bishops novena for life dates, and it invitedparticipation from across the parish, the community, and many of the charitable organizations that it supports.
 Several times, the novena was conducted in conjunction with mass or adoration to allow maximum participation by the parish. The novena served as an excellent preparation for mind and spirit in advance of the local (San Antonio) and state (Austin) Marches for Life. Approximately 800 people participated in this important Life program event.
