Volunteers from Council 7850, both members and family, gather at Minnie’s Food Pantry on the first Wednesday of each month to provide staff assistance for sorting donations from area vendors and packing boxes of miscellaneous food items for issue to needy families.  
 The event is always well attended by our Knights and family members, as well as volunteers from other area businesses that allow their staff the time to participate.
 All volunteers work side by side as one team to serve a common cause – fight hunger.  The number of needy families seems to be an ever-increasing number.  We are fortunate to have responsive vendors to provide truckloads of pallets to fill Minnie’s warehouse.
