Council # 10390 provides support and cooked/serve meals to "Cafe Catholica" program, a ministry of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston for Young Adult & Campus Ministry. On June 30th, Council # 10390 provided assistance to the University of Houston Brother Knights being shorthanded of manpower (Summer Vacation), over 700 Young Adults participated on this event. The July 21st event saw a remarkable turnout, with more than 900 participants in attendance, not to mention the Clergies, the staff and volunteers who were managing the display booths.
