The Training and Standardization Team is dedicated to equipping Texas Knights of Columbus leadership—from Diocesan and District Deputies to local councils—with the vital tools and training needed to thrive. Working hand-in-hand with State Directors and Diocesan Deputies, we are committed to driving excellence across our entire jurisdiction.

Training & Standardization Team:
Constant Contact (Email) is the official communication platform for the State Council. To ensure timely and accurate updates, we maintain dedicated distribution lists for Diocesan Deputies, District Deputies, Grand Knights, Financial Secretaries, and other key leadership roles.
The Financial Secretary is vital to the success of the council. To support this critical role, our trainers provide comprehensive instruction for both new and existing Financial Secretaries through a multi-tiered training program:
Diocesan Sessions: Each diocese will conduct a minimum of two training sessions per year. The Diocesan Deputy is responsible for selecting the date and location, as well as ensuring reliable internet access.
Monthly Updates: The Financial Secretary trainer will produce and distribute continuous training videos via YouTube each month.
