On Sunday, May 24th, Sacred Heart Council #3406 Celebrated their Diamond Jubilee with a Corporate Communion mass at St. Henry Catholic Church in Bridge City, Texas. The Mass was celebrated by His Excellency Bishop David L. Toups. State Deputy Ron Alonzo and Diocesan Deputy John Bartee presented Grand Knight Jerimy DeCuir the 75th Anniversary Certificate on behalf of the Supreme Knight Patrick Kelly. 

A reception followed for all brother Knights and their families. At the reception Brother Knight Ronnie Jackson and his lovely wife, Bitsy, were named the Family of the Year. This event puts a nice bow around a very successful year in which this council is closing in on 300% membership gain.

For 75 years, this council has been serving their Faith, their Family and their Community and look to continue doing it for 75 more fulfilling the vision of Blessed Michael J. McGivney.
